- The price quoted is the cost in GBP Sterling for up to 10 people plus a baby occupying the house for one week between the dates shown.
- The owners may be prepared to allow additional people to occupy the house in some circumstances. Any such arrangement, including appropriate extra charges, would be the subject of special negotiations.
- The price includes the cost of gas, electricity, and water; bedding, bed linen, and one bath towel and one beach towel per person; a “starter pack” of basic provisions; and the services of a maid to clean the house and change bed linen and towels once a week.
- EXTRAS. A cot and high chair are usually available on request at no extra charge. Requirements should be indicated on the Booking Form. We can supply bedding for the cot.
- LONG LETS. It may be possible to rent Sítio dos Gaviões for longer periods during the winter, between October and March. The rent is £300.00 per month, which price does not include the cost of electricity, gas, laundry, the service of a maid, or a “starter pack”.
- NOTE. Bookings for Sítio dos Gaviões are normally Saturday to Saturday.
